1 cup pear juice

1 cup fresh or frozen, unsweetened strawberries

Juicy Orange Sunrise
1 orange, seeds removed
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup plain or orange yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice

Luscious Tropical Ambrosia
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup fresh or canned, unsweetened pineapple
1/2 cup flesh of mango, papaya, guava or kiwi fruit
1/2 cup plain, pineapple or pina colada yogurt
1/2 cup any tropical fruit juice
2-3 ice cubes

1 large apple, cored, skin intact

Totally Fiber Cookies
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
3 cups Oats (quick or old fashion, uncooked)
5 Tablespoons ALL ONE Totally Fiber Complex
1 cup raisins (optional)
1 cup walnuts (optional)
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

  1. Heat oven to 350o F
  2. Beat together butter and sugars until creamy
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well
  4. Add combined flour, Totally Fiber Complex, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well
  5. Stir in oats, raisins, walnuts and chocolate chips; mix well
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
  8. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack
