Many of our long time users have a number of recipes they can recommend. Based on years of experience everyone has a favorite. But there are also a lot of newcomers to ALL ONE so we would like to take this opportuntity to share some of the great recipes we have discovered over the years.

The Basic Blender Shake Recipes
(1 adult serving)
Original
1 cup orange juice
1/2 ripe banana
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop (1 heaping tablespoon) ALL ONE
ALL ONE Original Formula
Rice Base
1 cup apple juice
1/2 ripe banana
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop (1 heaping tablespoon) ALL ONE
ALL ONE Rice Base
Active Seniors
1 cup orange juice or pineapple coconut juice
1/2 ripe banana
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop (1 heaping tablespoon) ALL ONE
ALL ONE Active Seniors
Green Phyto Base*
1 cup pear or apple juice
1/2 ripe banana
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop (1 heaping tablespoon) ALL ONE
* We recommend that the Green Phyto Base be mixed in a non-acidic juice.

Fruit Antioxidant
1 cup pineapple juice or tropical juice blend
1/2 ripe banana
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop (1 heaping tablespoon) ALL ONE

Kids Apple Sauce Delight
1 cup apple sauce
1 serving ALL ONE Kids
Mix together until smooth.
Add dry cereal for added crunch

Specialty Super Smoothie Recipes
(1 adult serving)

The Standard
1 tablespoon ALL ONE Multi of your choice.
6oz. milk or milk substitute
1 banana (or frozen banana for added thickness)
Optional- additional protein powder
Blend until smooth.

The Slim
1 tablespoon any ALL ONE Multi except for Green Phyto Base.
1 tablespoon ALL ONE Weight Loss unflavored
8 oz OJ
1⁄2 banana
3 ice cubes
Blend until smooth.

The Happy Skin Flip
1 tablespoon Fruit Antioxidant Formula
6 oz. apple juice or milk substitute
Handful of frozen berries
Blend until smooth.

Green but not Seen I
1 tablespoon Green Phyto Base
6 oz. apple juice
Handful of frozen blueberries
1⁄2 banana
Blend until smooth.

Green but not Seen II
1 tablespoon Green Phyto Base
6 oz. chocolate milk or milk substitute like almond milk.
1⁄2 banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Blend until smooth.

Green Mango
1 tablespoon Green Phyto Base
6-8 oz mango juice
½ frozen banana
Blend until smooth.

Monkey's Mix- Great for Kids!
1 tablespoon ALL ONE Multi of your choice.
6oz. skimmed chocolate milk or milk substitute
1⁄2 frozen banana
1 teaspoon peanut butter
Blend until smooth

Top Bananas- Good for people who suffer from food sensitivities. Great for Kids too.
1 tablespoon teaspoon Rice Base  Formula, Fruit Antioxidant Formula or Kids Formula
6 oz. unsweetened vanilla rice milk
1⁄2 frozen banana
Handful of any seasonal fruit if tolerated. (Optional)
Blend until smooth

Creamy Vanilla Voyage
1 cup low-cal vanilla ice cream
1 ripe banana
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup non-fat milk
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop (1 heaping tablespoon) ALL ONE

Summery Strawberry Cooler
1 cup fresh or frozen, unsweetened strawberries
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup plain or strawberry yogurt
2-3 ice cubes
1/2 cup strawberry, apple or orange juice
1 scoop (1 heaping tablespoon) ALL ONE

Juicy Orange Sunrise
1 orange, seeds removed
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup plain or orange yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop (heaping tablespoon) ALL ONE

Luscious Tropical Ambrosia
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup fresh or canned, unsweetened pineapple
1/2 cup flesh of mango, papaya, guava or kiwi fruit
1/2 cup plain, pineapple or pina colada yogurt
1/2 cup any tropical fruit juice
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop (heaping tablespoon) ALL ONE

Refreshing Apple Gulp
1 large apple, cored, skin intact
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup plain or apple yogurt
1/2 cup apple juice
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop (heaping tablespoon) ALL ONE


 

Shake It, Bake It Take It!
Try Totally Fiber Complex sprinkled on popcorn, salad or stirred in yogurt, applesauce or your ALL ONE shake.

ALL ONE TOTALLY FIBER COMPLEX can be used in muffin and cookie recipes.  One tablespoon equals 10 grams of fiber.  Add an amount of your choice to your favorite recipes.  Totally Fiber Complex will add flavor and will make healthy recipes.

Totally Fiber Cookies
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
3 cups Oats (quick or old fashion, uncooked)
5 Tablespoons ALL ONE Totally Fiber Complex
1 cup raisins (optional)
1 cup walnuts (optional)
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

  1. Heat oven to 350o F
  2. Beat together butter and sugars until creamy
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well
  4. Add combined flour, Totally Fiber Complex, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well
  5. Stir in oats, raisins, walnuts and chocolate chips; mix well
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
  8. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack
