Need more energy? Get more B-vitamins
B-vitamins help us release more energy from foods we eat, and they are
essential to converting carbohydrates into ATP- the cellular fuel our
bodies actually run on.
Know Your B-Vitamins
B1 (Thiamin) is needed to process carbohydrates, fat and protein. Every cell of the body requires B1 to form ATP.
B2 (Riboflavin) is needed to process amino acids and fats, as well as help convert carbohydrates into ATP.
B3 (Niacin) is used in the process of releasing energy from carbohydrates.
B6 (Pyridoxine) is the key vitamin for processing amino acids.
B12 (Cobalamin) is needed for normal nerve cell activity, and works with folic acid in controlling homocysteine.
B5 (Pantothenic Acid) is involved in the kreb's cycle of energy production. It also helps activate the adrenal glands.

Question: At what temperature can ALL ONE be damaged? I live on the east coast and am worried about what conditions it might be exposed to while shipping cross country.
Answer: ALL ONE cannot not be damaged by normal atmospheric heat.
We do however recommend the following storage conditions: temperature
between 45-90° with humidity below 50%.
