While some exposure to sunlight can be enjoyable, too much is dangerous, causing immediate effects like blistering sunburns, as well as long term problems like skin cancer and cataracts. UV radiation is divided into UV-A, UV-B and UV-C. UV-C is absorbed by the ozone layer and does not present any threat, whereas exposure to UV-A and UV-B can have damaging effects on your eyes and vision. Sunglasses can protect your eyes against the harmful rays of the sun.
• To provide adequate protection for your eyes, your sunglasses should:
• Block out 99 to 100 percent of both UV-A and UV-B radiation.
• Screen out 75 to 90 percent of visible light.
• Be perfectly matched in colour and free of distortion and imperfection.
• Have lenses that are gray, green or brown.

Question: I currently take ALL ONE Original and love it. But recently I have been reading about the benefits of lutein in relation to eye and heart health and noticed that it is now in your Active Senior formula. "I was just drinking my daily dose of All One and realized that you had a web-site, something I had not noticed in the five years that I've been taking your product. I thought now would be an ideal opportunity to let you know how wonderful your product is and how it truly has helped me. Nearly five years ago, at age 23, I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, a cancer that attacks the immune system. Surgery was not an option for me as the cancer was behind my sternum and had entangled itself with arteries around my heart and lungs.
