*What do you see for the current or future market in the category of multivitamins?
D.I. - Vitamin and mineral supplements are becoming increasingly mainstream as time goes on. More and more people are discovering the health benefits of supplements, especially parents looking out for the welfare of their families. Due to the increasing number of products on the market, people are starting to look at the differences between nutritional products, and be more selective about quality and effectiveness. Supplement powders are becoming popular due to their increased absorption rate and convenience for small children and anyone who has trouble swallowing pills. People wanting a minimum of additives yet high rates of absorption turn to powders; liquid supplements require the use of many emulsifiers and other additives to keep the vitamins in suspension.
With today’s fast-paced world, people in general have less time to eat balanced meals and often turn to bars, fast food, or simply skipping meals entirely. Vitamin and mineral supplements are needed today more than ever.

Question: "I recently bought the ALL ONE Kids
multivitamin for my son. When I tried
stirring it into his juice in the morning it
would not dissolve. When I tasted it in the
store it was great and my son really liked
it. But I can't seem to get it to mix up right.
Am I doing something wrong?"
Answer: All of the ALL ONE multivitamin and mineral powders are meant to be SHAKEN or BLENDED into a fluid. Because of the high quality nutrients and potency the powder cannot dissolve or be stirred into a liquid. We will happily supply you with a free shaker. Or a blender is always great as you can add some fruit. You have many options with ALL ONE to make into a real treat for your son.

A healthy diet does not always have to be about what not to eat. A new book called The Bonus Years Diet, gives us some wonderful recommendations for food we can add on a regular basis to reap the benefits.
Nuts: Sprinkle two ounces on your cereal a day to reduce LDL(“bad”) cholesterol.
Fruits and Vegetables: Eat five ¾ cup servings daily to reduce your risk of cancer and cardio vascular disease.
Fish: Have 2-3 servings a week (good choices include baked trout or broiled wild salmon). Avoid predatory fish such as swordfish, albacore and shark. For beneficial essential fatty acids.
