4. Quiet the Mind- Most of the experts meditate for at least 10 minutes a day to help them beat stress.
5. Take a Multivitamin and mineral- Most of the experts, even those with the healthiest eating habits, take a high potency multivitamin supplement every day for its disease prevention benefits.

ALL ONE Totally Fiber makes a difference!
"I have endured very serious and chronic constipation
since I was a teenager and I am now 45 years old. Often, I would not receive
any relief for two weeks, notwithstanding ingesting many different kinds
of fiber products and laxatives. Over the years, I have been to many traditional
doctors and holistic doctors regarding this problem. I've been placed
on specialized diets, including certain liquids and supplements, and weekly
colonics. Eating salads, raw vegetables, and grains actually made my problem
worse.
I have undergone a sigmoidoscopy and a colonoscopy which thankfully did
not reveal any physical problems in the intestinal tract. The constipation
would become so severe that I would suffer from abdominal pain, extreme
fatigue, and rectal bleeding. It seemed that no matter what I did, nothing
helped the situation. After attempting to remedy this problem for most
of my adult life, I basically gave up and resolved myself to the fact

working. As long as I drink large quantities of water throughout the day,
