Tips for Getting Kids to Eat Right
1. Buy organically grown produce and grains whenever possible.
2. Try to avoid meats that have been raised with hormones and antibiotics.
3. Expose your child to different kinds of food from an early age. Food allergies tend to develop in     children who repeatedly eat a single type of food.
4. Be creative with your salad preparations. Incorporating rice, bean or pasta salads with the leafy green     variety.
5. Snack-time veggies and dip are a good way to increase overall intake of vegetables.
6. Educate your kids about the difference between 100% fruit juices and fruit flavored drinks. The real     thing always tastes better.
7. Introduce a daily smoothie as breakfast or an after school snack (a great time to get their ALL ONE).
8. Buy children's cookbooks and encourage your kids to get involved in the kitchen.

Question: I have started serving ALL ONE Phyto Base to my family, as I am sure they are not getting enough greens. Unfortunately the green color that the smoothie turns is really off putting to my kids. Do you have any suggestions for disguising the green?

Answer: Yes I know the green color can be a bit shocking. We have found that a 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries added to your smoothie does the trick. Plus you get the added antioxidant effect of the berries.

"From the time that my son started school I was constantly told from his teachers at the parent conferences that he was very “social.” I didn’t think much of it until he was in 3rd grade and he started hurting himself during class with his pencil or his ruler, etc. It was during this grade that his teacher suggested that I have him tested by the school psychologist because she thought that he might have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Because of the timing, I was unable to have him tested until 4th grade. By this time his reading level was very low as well because he was starting to have a lot more problems concentrating on his assignments. Every night was a huge struggle to get all the homework done.
